I've opened a ticket with the ASF infra before and was told that I could use the re-sync button here: https://selfserve.apache.org/ . I just re-did this hoping it may line things up.
Both domains are supposed to point to the same source, so the fact that some links are missing only on one side is confusing and clearly points to an issue on their end.
