[PR] CAMEL-23806: Split and condense user manual docs [camel]

## Summary
- Extract "property placeholder functions" section from `using-propertyplaceholder.adoc` (1,480→747 lines) into its own sub-page `property-placeholder-functions.adoc`
- Extract "binding beans to route template" section from `route-template.adoc` (1,390→759 lines) into its own sub-page `route-template-bean-binding.adoc`
- Condense `security.adoc` vault provider sections (2,034→809 lines) by showing the vault usage syntax once in a common section instead of repeating identical Java/XML/YAML examples 6 times per provider
- Add nav entries for the new sub-pages
Total reduction: ~1,200 lines of pure duplication removed.
## Test plan
- [ ] Verify nav entries render correctly in Antora
- [ ] Verify xref links from parent pages to sub-pages work
- [ ] Verify security.adoc anchor references (`<<Vault Usage Syntax>>`, `<<Version Syntax>>`) resolve correctly
