Windows authentication

I'd really like to use Windows authentication to get
the user name _and groups_, so we would be able to
control authorization much more easiy with large and
dynamic teams.

I know that there're LDAP and SSPI auth with Apache,
but apparently neither of them can take the advantage
of using the groups from Windows.

Is there a way to do that?
