   有场景：同一个流程定义，创建流程实例并执行时根据入参不同出不同的结果，就好比一个存储过程处理逻辑，运行时传入参数出不同结果。
   现在只有在流程定义保存时设置全局变量（默认值or系统时间之类变量），要么每种变量值都定义一个一样的流程定义（Emm...量大需求多变，不现实）。
   希望在创建流程实例时能自定义化输入参数（特别是使用API启动时能支持）。
