Ivy svn directory created

Hi all,

I've just created https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/ivy/ and
Xavier as well as all Ivy mentors should have commit access to it.
Marteen will be added as soon as his CLA is recorded and the account
created.

Ok,  so I'll use a svn dump as was already discussed on the
general@i.a.olist. I have one ready to be imported, I just have to
wait for maarten to
get an apache username to send my request to the infrastructure team (to be
able to map his username in svn history with his apache username). So
Maarten, keep me informed as soon as you get your apache username.

If you want to import history - and it is really your choice, where
you is Xavier and Maarten as far as I'm concerned - then you should
create the dump as described and not import into the repo right away.

Great! One question: should we use it like that or should we try to import
svn history. A discussion on general@i.a.o lead to say that we will try an
import from svn. In this case maybe it's better to wait for the import to be
done before commiting anything, right?
