   Can I configure alarm rules through the UI? Customize alarms through the UI?
   
   Can only be fixed  Config/ Alarm -settings.yml Configuration Alert?    
   
   Can be configured with multiple Alarm -settings.yml ? 
   
   Is there an alarm message or email to notify the relevant person?
