[jira] [Commented] (SOLR-15167) Move lucene-solr-operator repo
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-15167?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=17293715#comment-17293715 ]
Jan Høydahl commented on SOLR-15167:
------------------------------------
Houston - Once this is moved and a new release done, perhaps it is time for a proper [ANNOUNCE] email to our lists as well as the global [announce@apache.org|mailto:announce@apache.org] list?
We could already now announce the Software Grant as a NEWS post on Solr's (new) website.
Question: Having a separate codebase and different release cadence, should the Solr Operator be listed as a subproject of Solr? See [https://projects.apache.org/committee.html?solr]

> The lucene-solr-operator repo will be (once again) moved, now to "solr-operator". This must be ordered thorugh an INFRA ticker.
> As this will once again break the URL for helm, that also needs an update in relevant places.
