[jira] [Created] (INFRA-12357) Having problems connecting to home.apache.org

Matt Sicker created INFRA-12357:
-----------------------------------

Summary: Having problems connecting to home.apache.org
                 Key: INFRA-12357
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-12357
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Other/Misc
            Reporter: Matt Sicker

I've updated my keys in my id.apache.org settings, and still I can't use sftp or Filezilla or sshfs to connect to home.apache.org. For example, here is the log output from Filezilla:

Status:	Connecting to home.apache.org...
Response:	fzSftp started, protocol_version=6
Command:	keyfile "/home/matt/.ssh/id_rsa"
Command:	open "mattsicker@home.apache.org" 22
Error:	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error:	Could not connect to server
Status:	Waiting to retry...

I never had these issues with people.apache.org, and I need somewhere to upload a release candidate website for commons-dbcp. I'd rather not use GitHub for that as it might not be allowed for Apache projects.
