[PR] fix(audit): match literal free-text search terms [rocketmq-dashboard]

   ## Summary
   
   - Escape `%`, `_`, and backslashes in the audit free-text filter shared by timelines, summaries, and hotspot queries.
   - Add a repository regression for the three bound search patterns.
   
   Fixes #7073.
   
   ## Verification
   
   - `git diff --check` passed. Java and Maven are unavailable locally; I will check CI and address failures.
   
   ## AI assistance
   
   I used AI assistance to trace the shared audit filter and draft its parameter regression. I reviewed the query change and will follow up on CI and reviewer feedback.
