jk_nt_service problem

Hi,

I am using tomcat 3.1, Apache, jdk 1.3, NT 4.0 Server.

I saw a previously reported problem, but could not find the reply.
I installed the jk_nt_service.exe with the change in the two parameters in 
wrapper.properties. But when I start, I don't see the jvm.stdout or the 
jvm.stderr files.

Can someone please suggest the solution?
