   Just enumerating the facts, 1) Scala 2.13 deprecated the syntax 2) Scala 3 migration guide clearly documents there's no longer such syntax, and even leaving `Symbol` is temporary and it's also deprecated 3) Scala 3.0.0-RC1 looks to be up in dotty repo. For me this sounds like they made their decision, but if you still have a hope/wish Scala community has a chance to revisit this and consider reverting the change, then you may need to be hurry.
