   This seems to be already fixed in the source code.
   If anyone needs a quick workaround and trusts random guy from the internet with random jar files you can download this:
   https://file.io/XYzCQba6eQr8
   and then replace it in "your_netbeans_instalation_location/netbeans/enterprise/modules/"
   if you don't trust random guys (probably shouldn't) you can compile it yourself following instructions here: https://netbeans.apache.org/download/dev/index.html (took about 15 minutes)
   then finding said file "org-netbeans-modules-payara-tooling.jar" and also replacing it in given location
