Allow parent/child transaction ids

Dear Whiskers.

I have reviewed this PR and it looks good to me.
This is to introduce a parent-child relationship in transaction IDs
enabling more proper wait time for sequence and conductor actions.

Please share any feedback.

I would merge it in 24 hours if there are no more comments as it has been
opened for a while.

Dear Whiskers.

This PR changes the log format. It prints two transaction ids as follows:
e.g.
- [dateFormat] [logLevel] [#tid_rootTid] *[#tid_childTid]* [Component]
message
- [dateFormat] [logLevel] [#tid_rootTid] *[]* [Component] message

Please check your log collection settings.
