  - contains prereq HBASE-19189 patch
  - adds use of the gather_machine script from HBASE-19189 to nightly jenkins file for each stage

Since each stage could run on a different node, we gather the machine stats in each one.

pushed a branch with this change so we could inspect that resultant job:
