[I] Always allow to run whole Spock Grails integration spec [grails-intellij-plugin]

   In a unit Spock spec (inside a Grails project), when I'm inside a test method, I can run the method standalone or the complete spec (containing that method). Through running I mean executing a spec via `grails test-app` command.
   
   However, in a Grails Spock integration spec:
   - when I'm inside a test method, in the Run..., only the test method is displayed. Not the spec.
   - I have to go outside the test method, and then the complete spec is displayed in the dialog.
   
   Note that there is impossible (AFAIK) to run a single test method via grails test-app command. If you display the method as available to be executed through `grails test-app` command is confusing.
