Cactus Tests Revamp for Turbine

Quinton (et al),

I am pretty happy to go ahead and revamp the existing cactus tests to be in
the now standard location of /src/test-cactus versus the existins
src/rttest.

Should I move all the code, update the POM if required, and then just submit
it as a big zip?  I am not sure how to create patch files when you are
removing files!

I will try and crank that out this week, plus some cactus tests for TTWS45.
Thank you for the quick committal, it keeps my motivation up!

Isn't the location of the sources for the cactus tests settable as a property?
Otherwise we may just want to rename the directory so we don't loose any history.
