[VOTE] Merge LogKit into "avalon" repository
Can we merge LogKit into the core "avalon" repository?
This will remove yet another CVS repository, also allowing us to
maintain it until Log4J 2.0 arrives on the scene.

It will reinforce the view that logkit is the Avalon logger. Now many
think still that Avalon uses only logkit. Overmore, why move there
something that will go away anyways?

I think avalon-excalibur or avalon-components would be a better
place for it, alternatively not move it at all.
