[vote] Remove 2.0.4 release from dist server?
Our policy asks to just have the latest release on the dist server - all
old releases are in the archives and still available.
If noone objects I will remove the 2.0.4 from the dist server, leaving
just 2.1.7 there. Now that we have eight release in the 2.1.x branch, I
think it doesn't make sense to have the 2.0.x *directly* visible anymore.
