bug deriving types across schemas
I believe I have come across a bug when deriving types
across schemas in 1.3.0.
Attached are some test files.
this works:
1- foo.xsd describes a schema with a base type
2- bar.xsd describes a schema with a derived type
3- foo.xml is an instance document that works.
this throws a CMException:
4- barTwo.xsd describes a schema with a derived type.
The only difference is that instead of deriving
by "restriction", it is deriving by "extension".
5- fooTwo.xml is an instance document demonstrating
the failure.
I also noted that this exception is not thrown when
the derived type is in the same namespace as the base
type. And I noticed that if the base type has a
complex content model that is not empty, the exception
is not thrown.
