RE: MXTests

I haven’t been able to get this to work so I removed the assert statement that was failing. If there are users/devs that would like to see swf mx menus functional and are affected by this, please let me know and I’ll renew the effort.

FYI, MXTests are failing on swf side because an item is not showing. I’ll look into that, hoepfully later this week, as it’s due to changes I have made.
