XDocs proposal with attribute requirements

I've added some new @ant.task tags and modified <antdoclet> to generate
the required vs optional information for Ant task attributes.

There is still some work to be done on the html generation (dvsl) side
of things, but the all information is there.

The generated documentation and code modifications can be found here
http://www.magma.ca/~stockall/xdocs/index.html

Comment and suggestions are appreciated.

This is slick!

I'd probably prefer for optional and required to be automatic -no need to
declare the group at the top- but that is a detail; what you have added is
very cool indeed

Jesse - very nice! I'll have a more detailed look at this when I'm
not surfin' from a coffee shop and back home in a couple of days. I
just wanted to let you know that I've taken a quick look and will be
digging in soon.
