Web UI on Safari 4.19.0
Hi all,
I upgraded to 4.19 this weekend and noticed that I can no longer load the Web UI using Safari on my Mac, I only get the Cloudstack spinning wheel and the login page never loads. However, using Chrome it works fine, has anyone else seen this, or is it something with my laptop ?
Thanks
Niclas

Hi Antoine,
It appears you're hitting https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/issues/9123 which is fixed in 4.19.1.0, can you try upgrading to the latest CloudStack 4.19.1 (.1) ?
Regards.

No issues using Safari Version 17.5 (19618.2.12.11.6) and CloudStack
4.19.1.0 or 4.19.2.0 (off of the 4.19 branch). But these are clean
installs, not upgraded ones.

Actually it's not the browser itself, you must have entered the password wrongly once, from there it starts the issue with the blue wheel forever, it has happened to me on different browsers and until I change to private or user another browser.

Hello,
I’ve encountered the same issue—logging into the web UI with Safari is impossible since ACS 4.19. I’ve tried clearing all cookies and cache, but the problem persists. I’ve resorted to using Firefox as a workaround, though it’s not ideal. Given that many customers use Safari, it would be great if this issue could be addressed.

Thanks,
Yes, I did clear cookies and data, but still unable to load it. However, if it works for others like yourself, I suppose it must be something local with my browser.
Thanks for the response though

Did you clear your cookies and data from the website running your portal? That was my issue at first, after cleaning that it was solved.
