I've checked in a fix for the URL Rewriting modifier and the HTML Link Parser -
they should no longer double-encode the information extracted from the HTML.

However, I don't think these changes will fix the Proxy recording problem.

Please check if the nightly (2-1.20060312 or later) has solved the other problems.
