Chris A. Mattmann resolved OODT-62.
-----------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

- patch applied in r1037370. All unit tests pass (first install commons, then go into filemgr and run the unit tests and note that DateTimeVersioner still passes, even here in Los Angeles, CA (GMT-8)). Thanks, Tom!

> As reported by Tom Bennett on the mailing lists, http://s.apache.org/w6, TestDateTimeVersioner catches an error in the DateTimeVersioner class having to do with the + side of GMT. Tom cooked up a patch for this that I'll grab from the list and reformat and attach here that seems to address the issue for him. I'll test it out here on the - side of GMT and see if works. Thanks Tom!
