I noticed `BST_PLUGINS_EXPERIMENTAL_VERSION` is set here:
https://github.com/apache/buildstream/blob/30145c65918bbfa3c14fabe42e5022bf740067ff/.github/compose/ci.docker-compose.yml#L54
I suspect it may need to be `BST_PLUGINS_COMMUNITY_VERSION` instead, if the intent was to affect this line:
https://github.com/apache/buildstream/blob/30145c65918bbfa3c14fabe42e5022bf740067ff/tox.ini#L59

@doraskayo Agreed with your analysis, and a `grep` in the tree shows we're no longer using `BST_PLUGINS_EXPERIMENTAL_VERSION`.
The Tox config appears to fallback to another value, but I think it would be reasonable to amend this in the Docker Compose YAML.
Can you submit a PR to fix this?
