problemas para crear issue

Hola, estoy tratando de crear un nuevo issue en el sitio pero solo me deja 
ponerlo en Infrastructure, mi pregunta es donde le digo al issue que 
pertenece a Infrastructure - mirrors

Thanks a lot, now im going to write in english.... but i dont write very
