New plugin to handle native dependencies: nativedependencies-maven-plugin

Hello everyone,

I wanted to advertise a "new" Maven plugin that may help you deal with
native dependencies (.so, .dll, or whatever, as you may find other uses).
It is forked from an existing but inactive plugin (
https://code.google.com/archive/p/mavennatives/ ) where I added a few
features.
I just published v 1.0.0 on Maven Central.
I hope to add a lot more documentation on the project's Github wiki in the
future and document the best way to deal with native dependencies,
especially regarding tests and multi-module.
Any help is welcome, feel free to improve / suggest / open feature requests.
