Right now there is minimal information stored in the index.yaml file.

We should extend this with additional information such as:
 * description
 * logo
 * home page
 * sources
 * maintainers

Also it would be good to have a README.md in the charts as well.

Below are some examples:
 * index.yaml file: [https://sysdiglabs.github.io/charts/index.yaml]
 * [https://github.com/sysdiglabs/charts/tree/master/charts/sysdig]
 * this will result in the following page in the Helm hub: [https://hub.helm.sh/charts/sysdiglabs/sysdig]
