If a timing issue exists between soffice.bin and soffice.exe only confirmation
of this bug would be seen on those who have the problem. I know of one system
where the problem is confirmed. Mine. I spent most of my working life
developing and debugging real time systems. I can't reproduce the issue, but
know it will reoccur.

As a workaround, please advise which program should have a greater priority, --
soffice.bin or soffice.exe
