OpenCMIS TCK

Hello repository vendors,

I have changed and extended the OpenCMIS TCK quite a bit within the last
few days. Furthermore, the integration into the Workbench has been
improved. Single objects can now be checked for spec compliance without
running the whole TCK.

The TCK is by far not complete. This is just another step.

I would appreciate feedback from all the repository vendors on this list.
Are there any bugs? Which important checks are missing?
