[~bdelacretaz] it seems that Tidelift will only write one check per project, so while it may appear to only be a single person that person may be acting as the recipient for the whole PMC. This is one of the aspects that has us concerned. There are other provisions that seem to be somewhat vague although taken at a casual reading nothing seems too onerous. But that is where we would seek advice as we could be agreeing to something that conflicts with the foundation.
