 typeFactory.createSqlType(
              SqlTypeName.DECIMAL, scale, precision);
{code}
However, the createSqlType is accepting
{code}
RelDataType createSqlType(
      SqlTypeName typeName,
      int precision,
      int scale);
{code}
Need to swap the precision and scale
