    Resolution: Fixed

The installation guides for 4.1.1 (and soon 4.2) provide guidelines for upgrading from the 2.x series.  3.0.6 is not an Apache CloudStack release, but as of 4.2.0 (soon to be released) you will be able to upgrade from that Citrix CloudPlatform versions to Apache CloudStack versions.
