Currently, there are two pages that describe AWS S3 access under flink/docs:

* setup/aws.md - more details, describes S3AFileSystem (IAM) and NativeS3FileSystem (Access Keys)
* dev/batch/connectors.md - only has NativeS3FileSystem with Access Keys

This is a proposal to make the connectors.md page link to the setup/aws.md to consolidate S3 information. But also update aws.md to include how to use access keys with the S3AFileSystem (for example, for testing purposes or running on a local, non-EC2 developer machine).
