Tomcat problem

I try to use Tomcat  but I got errors shown below:

./tomcat3: LoadModule: command not found
./tomcat3: /etc/tomcat3/conf/tomcat3.conf: line 11: syntax error near
unexpected token `mod_jserv.c>'
./tomcat3: /etc/tomcat3/conf/tomcat3.conf: line 11: `<IfModule
mod_jserv.c>'
Starting tomcat3: chown: tomcat3:tomcat3: invalid user
chown: tomcat3:tomcat3: invalid user
chown: tomcat3:tomcat3: invalid user
chown: tomcat3:tomcat3: invalid user
chown: tomcat3:tomcat3: invalid user
su: user tomcat3 does not exist


This Invalid user is easy, but the rest of is not.
