### What problem does this feature solve?
Treemap charts that have the same data structure provide tooltip function, but Sunburst charts do not have tooltip function, which makes it difficult to see the name and value of the series.
If the chart is small and the name of the series is long or the value length is long, it is difficult for the user to check the correct value. In this case, if you use tooltip, it will be easy to understand even if the name and value of the series are long.
I would like you to provide the tooltip function provided by other charts as an option on the sunburst chart.
### What does the proposed API look like?
The link below is a tooltip option document in treemap. If you can use the same as this, I think it will be very helpful to use the sunburst chart.
