The Ambari Falcon configuration property:

*.broker.url

is not currently handled properly by the Ambari Blueprints framework.  

When Falcon is deployed in a cluster using Blueprints, this property should include the name of host where the FALCON_SERVER is deployed, but instead includes "localhost".  

The Blueprint processing code should handle this replacement when Falcon is part of an HDP cluster. 

I'll be submitting a patch to resolve this shortly.
