merlimat opened a new pull request #3207: Configure limited number of threads in Jetty executor
URL: https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/3207
### Motivation
When upgrading Jetty version in b73a967a846e7a748b8d560e36851afcb7a414aa in 2.2.0, we switched from a Jetty thread pool size of 32 to the default which is currently set in 256 threads.
This ends up using much more memory than what should be strictly necessary.
### Modification
Added config options to set the Jetty thread pool sizes, defaulting to number of cores in broker.
