   1. Moved initialization of HiveTestBase data to static block
   2. Extracted hive related setup code to HiveTestConfig, which allows build configuration
   and accept custom data generators as Driver consumers
   3. Refactored HiveTestDataGenerator to only generate test data and not manage hive test
   config
