Hmm..  Wonder how I missed that one.   That said, I'm not sure where it 
can go that is acceptable to eclipse since I'm not an eclipse plugin 
person.   One of them mentioned it should have an about.html file or 
something as well.    In anycase, I'll get the eclipse folks on it 
immediately and hopefully get it fixed tomorrow.   Thanks for finding 
it.

This is a bug in the gpg plugin that is fixed in the latest snapshot.   I 
haven't had time to do another release.   The 
cxf-eclipse-plugin-2.0-incubator-.zip.asc
file is the signature for
cxf-eclipse-plugin-2.0-incubator.zip

When I rebuild the eclipse-plugin tomorrow, I'll fix this manually.
