Checkout and getting started

Hi,

I am new to this group. Can you send me the instructions for getting
started and contributing to Storm.

Here is an old doc: https://github.com/nathanmarz/storm/wiki/Contributing-to-Storm

Now Storm is moved to Apache, but most of the instructions still applies, just 3 differences:
Issue tracker is now here: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STORM
Pull Request should be sent to the new repo here: https://github.com/apache/incubator-storm , or just attach a PATCH file in JIRA tickets.
you need to sign ICLA(http://www.apache.org/licenses/icla.txt) before we can merge you code.
