reload + native call problem

Hello!

My servlet loads one dll on init. When it reloads the following message
shows:

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Native Library
C:\WTSRV\Profiles\piotrl\tomcat.dev\build\tomcat\webapps\matula\Web-inf\clas
ses\CreateODBCSource.dll already loaded in another classloader

How can I get rid of this? Is there any reload thread observer? If there
is - I could call native method to unload dll.
