The unit tests (src/test/unit not src/test/java) are not being compiled and are not runnable. {{mvn -Dtest=TestBlockRecovery test}} executed from hadoop-hdfs-project does not compile or execute the test.
TestBlockRecovery does not compile yet this test target completes w/o error.
