   ### Motivation
   
   Currently the CLI arg naming conventions is not consistent with that of the rest of Pulsar cli args
   
   ### Modifications
   
   Rename args to use dashes to separate words instead of camel case.  Kept existing cli args for backwards compatibility purposes and hid them
