In Apache Commons-Compress the constructors for classes
{code:java}
org.apache.commons.compress.compressors.gzip.GzipCompressorInputStream{code}
and
{code:java}
org.apache.commons.compress.compressors.zstandard.ZstdCompressorOutputStream{code}
have been deprecated and the replacement are builder classes to instantiate them. This ticket addresses the need to replace the use of the deprecated constructors with their associated builder classes.
