Notification E-Mail has changed

Hello All,

we have found out just recently, that by mistake the notification e-mail address in JIRA was still set to empire-db-dev@incubator.apache.org.

However the correct email address is 
dev@empire-db.apache.org

For all subscribers of empire-db-dev@incubator.apache.org please subscribe to dev@empire-db.apache.org by sending an email to:
dev-subscribe@empire-db.apache.org.
