   This is not related to using the Ranger extension.
   
   Read ORC using Hive method, you can configure this in hive-site.xml, or upgrade the orc version to 1.6.13.
   ```xml
     <property>
       <name>hive.orc.cache.stripe.details.mem.size</name>
       <value>0</value>
     </property>
   ```
