Thank you Doug for the resource RT integration in BXE (Revision: 441921), this
looks good.
some open points i noticed:
- validate that Node Name does not have witespace or special chars
- return to the screen after the asset have been added

we used to have an npe in the insertImage usecase with a very similar scenario a
few months ago: leave out required field, submit, get error message, fill out
the field, resubmit, npe.
andreas had a simple fix for that then iirc, maybe it's a similar issue this time...

Just a guess, maybe this is due to the fact that the browser can't set the value
of the file upload widget for security reasons. We have to ensure that the user
selects the file again.
