List alive? [was: [PATCH] intermediate certs FAQ]

Hello list,

two weeks ago I sent a website/docu patch to this list. There was no
feedback and the FAQ is unchanged.

Is this list actually alive? Are the people in charge of the FAQ/website
reading here?

Would be nice to improve the FAQ...

Thanks,
*t

Oh! What a friendly reply and invitation :-)! Thanks! (to Nick also!)

I'm terribly sorry. I saw the patch and put it on my list, and then ... well, I have lots of excuses.

I'll apply the patch today unless Nick beats me to it.

Please don't take our silence as lack of interest in your contributions. I appreciate your participation in our process, since you clearly know more about SSL than I do, and that's an area where our documentation is friken' terrible. Please don't go away.

Patch applied to trunk in r1189743

Patch applied to 2.2 in r1189746

Thanks!

Yep. I guess your post fell through a someone-else-can-look-at-this hole.
(my own excuse: I was away from home and laptop-bound when you posted).

At first glance, looks good. But you sent a patch for a generated document,
not for the original source. Not important: it's the words that matter!

Thanks for persisting.
