-----------------------------
    Status: Patch Available (was: Open)

> Number of Active Threads shown in UI is wrong
> ---------------------------------------------
>
> Key: NIFI-4379
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-4379
> Project: Apache NiFi
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: Core Framework
> Reporter: Mark Payne

> When I start a new instance of nifi, with no processors, I still see that the number of Active Threads shown in the top-level corner is 5. It appears that this is equal to the maximum number of threads allowed in the Event-Driven Thread Pool, because if I increase that to 10, the number of Active Threads shown also increases to 10.
